• Prior experience supporting students with complex medical needs, including those who are wheelchair-bound
• Proven competence with ventilator management, including monitoring and responding to emergency situations
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, individualized nursing support to a classroom of seven students with varying degrees of medical needs
• Provide hands-on ventilator care and respond urgently to respiratory needs
• Implement daily care routines such as medication administration, tube feedings, and personal care
