Middle School 1:1 Care School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Simpsonville, South Carolina

What you bring:

• Active RN license required
• Proven ventilator care experience
• Experience working with children or youth, ideally in school-based or pediatric settings
• Ability to provide 1:1 attentive care in a classroom for up to seven students
• Proficiency supporting students ages 3-15 with diverse medical needs
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, and staff

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized care to students during school hours, addressing health needs and monitoring their well-being
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and mobility equipment safely and confidently
• Collaborate with classroom staff and therapists to adapt care routines to each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and report on student progress
