Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in school or pediatric nursing
• Prior experience working with medically complex children (pediatric experience required)
• Skilled in NG-tube management (no G-tube required)
• Ability to lift, transport, and assist non-ambulatory, non-verbal students (approximately 24 lbs)
• Comfortable using standers and gait-trainers
• Reliable for required bussing

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for a 3-year-old student diagnosed with Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy
• Manage NG-tube and monitor safety and wellness throughout the school day (8am-3pm)
• Assist with positioning, transfer, and mobility devices (stander/gait-trainer)
• Support during transport, including bus rides
• Ensure close communication with staff and family regarding student needs and daily updates
