Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid RN license and eligibility to practice in Maine
- Recent experience in a school, pediatric, or similar nursing environment
- Comfort providing care for non-verbal and wheelchair-dependent individuals
- Ability to manage seizure care and perform physical lifting for toileting
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct clinical care to a 20-year-old male student with significant medical needs
- Oversee seizure management and provide continuous medical oversight
- Assist with physical transfers and toileting support
- Foster a safe and supportive educational environment
- Potentially accompany the student on school transportation (bus rides)
