Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RN license in Maine (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities

• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to handle medical emergencies with calm and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid, medication, and routine or emergency care to students and staff

• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Provide health education and promote wellness initiatives within the school community
• Participate in developing policies and procedures to ensure a safe learning environment
