Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania
• Certified School Nurse (CSN) credentials required
• Previous experience in school nursing or with early childhood populations strongly preferred
• Capability to manage a broad caseload and respond with poise to a variety of student health needs
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic conditions
• Participate in developing and implementing individualized healthcare and emergency action plans
