What We’re Seeking:

• LPN, LVN, or RN license (active and in good standing)
• Experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Skills in tube feeding (bolus and pump), G-tube care, heart rate/O2 monitoring
• Comfort with oral/nasal suctioning and wound care
• Compassion, excellent communication, and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 substitute nursing care for a student across multiple scheduled dates (details above)
• Monitor residual and delayed bolus feedings
• Administer feeds via pump and G-tube
• Monitor and document heart rate and oxygen saturation
• Perform oral/nasal suctioning and mouth wound care as required
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for the student
