What We’re Seeking:
- LPN, LVN, or RN license (active and in good standing)
- Experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Skills in tube feeding (bolus and pump), G-tube care, heart rate/O2 monitoring
- Comfort with oral/nasal suctioning and wound care
- Compassion, excellent communication, and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 substitute nursing care for a student across multiple scheduled dates (details above)
- Monitor residual and delayed bolus feedings
- Administer feeds via pump and G-tube
- Monitor and document heart rate and oxygen saturation
- Perform oral/nasal suctioning and mouth wound care as required
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for the student
