Registered Nurse School Setting - Trenton, NJ

A part-time School Nurse (RN) opportunity is available in Trenton, NJ, with a contract running from ASAP through June 2026. This position supports the health and well-being of elementary school students and is scheduled for Wednesdays only, from 8:40 AM to 3:40 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and health services to students within the school setting
• Utilize the Genesis charting system to document student health records accurately
• Manage routine and emergency health situations, maintaining a safe environment for students
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
• Promote health education and preventive care practices among students and staff

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Proven experience as a school nurse in an elementary school environment
• Proficiency with the Genesis charting system
• Strong ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
