What you bring:

• Active Illinois RN license and valid Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential required
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with similar pediatric/adolescent populations preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to develop and implement individualized health plans for students with various medical needs
• Confidence in addressing urgent issues and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct nursing care, first aid, and emergency response during school hours
• Develop, manage, and implement individualized healthcare and safety plans for students with chronic or acute conditions
• Coordinate health screenings, immunization compliance, and preventative health initiatives
• Serve as a resource for students, families, and staff regarding health concerns and education
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Advocate for student well-being and help create a positive, inclusive school climate
