As a key healthcare provider on an elementary or high school campus, you will work proactively to ensure a safe, supportive environment for the entire student population.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care for a range of student health needs, from acute illness and injury to managing chronic conditions.
• Conduct thorough health assessments and determine the best interventions.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments following physician instructions and school district protocols.
• Accurately maintain and update student health records and documentation.
• Communicate seamlessly with parents, school staff, and healthcare professionals about student care and support needs.
• Respond rapidly and effectively to medical emergencies, administering appropriate first aid and emergency care.
• Champion health education and promote preventative wellness initiatives campus-wide.

What We're Looking For:

• A current New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings is an asset, but not a requirement—enthusiasm and a collaborative approach are key.
• Exceptional assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
