School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - West Jordan, Utah

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible to practice in Utah
• Experience in pediatric or school-based nursing (preferred, but not required)

• Proficient documentation and organizational capabilities
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide daily healthcare and emergency response for students and staff
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor chronic health conditions
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive student care
• Educate students on health and wellness, infection control, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in a school setting
