School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - West Valley City, Utah

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure in Utah (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric healthcare setting
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accurate documentation of care and interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and emergency interventions for students and staff
• Administer medications, perform health screenings, and manage chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention initiatives within the school
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student wellness
