School Nurse (RN/LPN) | 1:1 High School Student | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 care for a medically fragile high school student during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for a nurse who is confident working independently and is passionate about providing exceptional care that allows students to safely access their education.

Position Details
• Position: School Nurse (RN or LPN)
• Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Setting: High School
• Assignment: One-on-one 
• Additional Requirement: Bus riding required to and from school each day

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care throughout the school day
• Monitor and respond to the student's medical needs while promoting a safe learning environment
• Manage tracheostomy (trach) and ventilator (vent) care in accordance with the student's healthcare plan
• Accompany the student during transportation to and from school
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and interventions
• Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Work independently while ensuring the student's health, safety, and well-being throughout the school day

Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience providing tracheostomy (trach) and ventilator (vent) care required
• Experience working with medically fragile patients preferred
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision from the main school nurse
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality student care
