Key Qualifications:

• Active MA RN or LPN licensure required
• School-based nursing experience is a must
• Strong tracheostomy and ventilator knowledge
• Comfortable with pediatric care for children with complex needs
• Capable of completing all required CORI and Fingerprinting background checks
• CNA and medical assistant credentials not eligible for this role
• Able to participate in a virtual interview

Responsibilities:

• Accompany a 3-year-old student with a tracheostomy/ventilator via van transport to and from preschool onsite
• Provide medical monitoring and responsive care as needed during the journey and at the school
• Support the student’s independence and activity level, ensuring safety and well-being
• Maintain regular communication with school staff and the student’s family
• Accurately document care and any health incidents as per school protocols
