This full-time, Monday through Friday position offers guaranteed 37.5 hours weekly, providing stability and continuity of care throughout the school year. With a primary focus on elementary-aged children, your responsibilities will include addressing immediate health concerns, managing chronic conditions, administering medications or treatments as prescribed, and developing individualized health plans. You'll collaborate closely with educators and other professionals to promote health education, safety protocols, and an inclusive environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Prior experience in pediatric, school, or community nursing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff
