• Conduct health assessments, vision/hearing screenings, and immunization compliance reviews

• Develop and update Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), working closely with educational teams
• Deliver training to staff on health protocols, safety procedures, and first aid
• Act as a liaison between school, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with privacy laws
