Key Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina School Psychologist License
• Background in conducting evaluations for Special Education eligibility
• Experience assessing Specific Learning Disability using the PSW model
• Solid understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete timely evaluations in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Assess and identify eligibility for Special Education services across a range of needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support development and implementation of student plans
• Provide recommendations for interventions and strategies to address student needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Participate in meetings and contribute insights to support overall student well-being
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving priorities throughout the school year
