Key Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for Nebraska certification)
- Experience working with K-12 students in school-based settings is highly preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention planning
- Deep understanding of special education regulations and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Dedication to fostering inclusive educational environments and supporting student success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students, identifying learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, families, and administrators to inform intervention strategies and educational planning
- Deliver short-term, evidence-based counseling services when appropriate
- Provide consultation and professional development to school staff on student mental health and behavioral concerns
- Drive positive outcomes and support a supportive school climate across two campuses
