Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state-issued licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Familiarity with assessment tools, data analysis, and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning environments
- Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments
- Develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to design and implement effective interventions
- Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention for students as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development at both the individual and group level
- Contribute to intervention and prevention programs throughout the school community
