Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state-issued licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Familiarity with assessment tools, data analysis, and intervention strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to design and implement effective interventions
• Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention for students as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development at both the individual and group level
• Contribute to intervention and prevention programs throughout the school community
