Essential Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist or School Social Worker certification/licensure
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Skilled in consulting with and supporting staff to manage student behaviors across diverse settings
• Strong background in pre-referral interventions and evaluative practices
• Able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable providing services at two elementary school sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and assist with evaluative processes for student support
• Develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing guidance to staff
• Assist with pre-referral strategies and help inform individualized approaches for student success
• Serve as a resource to educators, offering consultation and direct support in managing classroom and school-wide behaviors
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school requirements
• Engage in team meetings and parent conferences as needed, providing clear and compassionate communication
• Support a positive and productive school climate for all students and staff
