Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to support, train, and consult with staff regarding behavioral strategies in a variety of educational settings
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is strongly preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing responsibilities across multiple sites
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Role responsibilities will include:

• Delivering onsite psychological services 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• Conducting assessments, participating in pre-referral and evaluation activities, and generating thorough reports
• Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to design and monitor effective behavior support plans
• Providing consultation and guidance to school staff on strategies for positive behavior management
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation as required by school and relevant guidelines
