Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist license or certification required
- Experience working at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
- Ability to conduct assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Strong consultative and communication skills with students, families, and faculty
- Evidence of cultural competence and a commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with staff on intervention strategies and behavioral supports
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
- Support the development of academic, social, and emotional skills
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation according to legal and ethical standards
