Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or provisional state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Familiarity with psycho-educational assessments and intervention planning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote academic and behavioral success
- Provide consultation, crisis intervention, and counseling as appropriate
- Support data-driven decision-making for students’ educational plans
- Document services and maintain thorough records according to district and state guidelines
