Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold a master's or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
• Familiarity with educational assessments, intervention strategies, and IEP processes
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
• Experience working with diverse student populations and a range of learning and behavioral needs
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and conduct evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective support strategies
• Provide direct services, such as counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building sessions
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ needs are identified and addressed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate through advocacy and guidance
