Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience with multi-tiered systems of support and response to intervention (MTSS/RTI)
  • Strong skills in psychoeducational assessment, report writing, and data interpretation
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and counseling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, families, and staff
  • Previous school-based experience preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Provide direct and indirect counseling and intervention services
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and advocate for students’ educational progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines
