Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to shape educational planning
• Provide individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention, as needed
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to design and support interventions
• Participate in team meetings, including IEP and other multi-disciplinary committees
• Offer professional insights and recommendations to enhance student well-being and academic achievement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
