School Psychologist - Allentown, PA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and response to intervention (RTI) processes
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work effectively across diverse student populations
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as appropriate
• Assist with crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Develop data-driven strategies to address academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Consult with staff to design interventions and positive behavior supports
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation
