Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure required
  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology or related field
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively partner with staff and families
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and best practices in school psychology
  • Experience supporting diverse student populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to support student learning plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise for team-based decision making
  • Develop and deliver interventions to address behavioral, academic, and emotional challenges
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Champion a safe, inclusive school environment through direct support and staff training
