Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (appropriate for Ohio or ability to obtain).
- Previous experience working with K-4 students preferred.
- Experience managing a caseload of students in a school setting.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate across multiple school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a K-4 caseload of approximately 50 students across three school buildings.
- Perform student assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct/indirect services.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative support as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and federal guidelines.
