Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
  • Excellent skills in assessment, data interpretation, and report writing
  • Ability to provide both direct and consultative mental health services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support students' social-emotional and behavioral health needs
  • Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and counseling as needed
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive educational outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Participate in professional development and contribute expertise as an educational team member
