Qualifications and Background:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
• Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and recommending strategies for student success
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and advocating for student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to assess academic, cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and develop actionable recommendations
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention plans as needed
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and school staff
• Contribute to the creation of positive, inclusive educational environments and promote mental wellness within the school community
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
