What we’re looking for:
- Active California certification as a School Psychologist (Pupil Personnel Services Credential required)
- Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Open to candidates completing out-of-state credentialing and recent graduates eager to start their careers
- Strong skills in conducting assessments and evaluations (including WISC, WJ, RIOS, etc.)
- Ability to effectively implement IEPs, develop behavior plans, and observe student behavior within the school environment
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to an itinerant role within the district
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services to elementary school students (grades K-5)
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluate students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations to families and educational teams
- Collaborate with certified staff and parents to address learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs and behavioral interventions
