School Psychologist - Anaheim, CA

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of state and federal education laws, especially IDEA and Section 504
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic assessments to identify students’ needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of appropriate educational goals
• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
• Deliver recommendations for classroom strategies, instructional supports, and behavioral interventions
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in handling confidential student information
