Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students as a school psychologist for an upcoming contract opportunity near Anderson, IN. With two positions available, you'll play a critical part in fostering positive learning environments and helping students achieve emotional and academic success. This assignment runs from August 3, 2026, to June 7, 2027, and offers the consistency of a 35-hour workweek. Choose the schedule that best suits you: either 8:50 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist credential (state certification/license)
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working with K-12 students across varying needs and backgrounds
• Strong ability to conduct individual and group assessments, interpret results, and provide actionable insights
• Skilled in developing intervention plans and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to varying caseload sizes, determined by student and district needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments as needed to support IEP and student service plans
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster student success
• Provide crisis intervention and support when required
• Maintain thorough, confidential records and reports in compliance with applicable standards
