As a School Psychologist in this setting, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and students to promote positive mental health and educational outcomes. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine Special Education eligibility and provide critical support through the assessment and identification of Specific Learning Disability (utilizing the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses model), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina School Psychologist License
• Experience with the PSW model and a variety of assessments (preferred)
• Strong understanding of eligibility criteria for Special Education services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Duties include:

• Performing psychoeducational and behavioral assessments
• Preparing detailed reports and making recommendations for eligibility and interventions
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and related service providers
