Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active state-issued license, or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Comprehensive knowledge of psychological assessments, data interpretation, and IEP processes
• Experience collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Skillful at conducting direct student evaluations and delivering evidence-based interventions
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to best professional practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for K-12 students
• Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to identify and address student needs
• Participate actively in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) teams
• Develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs) to ensure appropriate goals and accommodations
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health support as needed
• Keep thorough and timely documentation, reports, and progress notes
• Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and positive behavioral support within the school community
