Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license required
• Experience with IEP development, implementation, and team collaboration
• Background working with elementary and/or middle school students
• Adept at counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis management
• Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with educators, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for K-8 students within a supportive single-building setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs, ensuring compliance and effective support
• Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement behavioral interventions
• Partner with teachers and families to foster student success in academic and social settings
• Assist with crisis intervention efforts and contribute to student safety plans as needed
