Make a positive impact in a supportive educational environment as a 0.4 FTE Onsite School Psychologist. This contract opportunity begins August 25, 2026, and runs through June 10, 2027. You'll be dedicating approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working within a collaborative setting of caring professionals to support student success.

Candidates must have an active Minnesota School Psychologist license. Although the preference is for an onsite psychologist, exceptional candidates with a School Social Worker background and the required licensure are also welcomed. You'll be working onsite helping students at both elementary and middle school levels, providing essential psychological and social-emotional support.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments as per district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement student support plans
  • Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students and staff
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Engage actively with families and caregivers, providing guidance and resources
  • Promote positive behavioral interventions and a safe, inclusive learning environment

Desired qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required)
  • Experience providing psychological services in K-12 settings
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changing student needs
