Ideal candidates will bring:

• A master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist licensure or certification in Minnesota (or eligible)
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong skills in assessments, interventions, and consultation
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization abilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and write reports
• Collaborate on MTSS/RTI teams and contribute to data-based decision making
• Offer direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and interventions
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and intervention meetings
• Support crisis prevention and response as needed
• Promote positive school climate and student well-being through outreach and training
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff regarding student needs and supports
