Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities
• Flexibility to engage with a diverse student population
• Ability to work onsite consistently during the assignment
• Will consider a credentialed School Social Worker if psychologist is unavailable

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for student support
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions
• Support positive behavior, academic performance, and social-emotional development
• Document services and progress in accordance with district policies
