What we’re looking for:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Recent experience in school psychologist roles, preferably in elementary education
- Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and IEP processes
- Excellent communication skills for working with educators, families, and students
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring interns is a plus
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for students across four elementary campuses
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans
- Supporting, advising, and serving as a resource for an intern through daily mentorship
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on academic, behavioral, and emotional supports
- Consulting with staff and families to foster positive learning environments
- Providing counseling and crisis response services as needed
