Grades K - 5 Grades 6 - 8 School Psychologist - Ann Arbor, MI

What you’ll bring:

• Active School Psychologist license
• Experience or interest in working with grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication for collaborating with educators, students, and families
• Understanding of current special education regulations and best practices
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive school culture

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students and provide actionable recommendations
• Deliver direct counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress and well-being
• Develop and lead workshops or training sessions for staff about mental health, learning differences, and social-emotional development
• Provide consultation and strategies for academic and behavioral challenges
