Skills & Qualifications:

• Current, valid license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Compassionate, student-centered approach to psychological services
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students across all grade levels
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create positive learning environments
• Participate in special education meetings and assist with IEP development
• Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Serve as a resource for school staff and families, providing guidance on best practices and mental health support
