Qualifications

  • Active licensure as a School Psychologist (required)
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students (K-12 strongly preferred)
  • Solid assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Familiarity with IEP process and special education regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students in grades K through 12
  • Develop intervention and support plans addressing students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Consult and communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and recommendations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on eligibility and services
  • Offer crisis response and support as needed within the school community
  • Help create and promote a positive, inclusive school environment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
