Make an impact supporting elementary and middle school students in a dynamic school setting as a School Psychologist on a contract assignment. This opportunity extends through May 28, 2027, with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and requires onsite presence. The role involves serving multiple elementary and middle schools, offering the chance to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and staff across diverse educational environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Possess a valid Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Tier 3 or Tier 4 license in School Psychology.
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school populations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage a varied caseload across several buildings.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments, consult, and support services at elementary and middle school levels.
- Engage in team meetings, participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and coordinate interventions.
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, families, and administrators to promote positive student outcomes.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and adhere to all district procedures and ethical standards.
