School Psychologist - Anoka, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license required
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong ability to conduct assessments, evaluations, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills to efficiently balance multiple caseload responsibilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and school priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments and consultations for students, staff, and families
• Develop and implement intervention and support plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in meetings as required
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school atmosphere
• Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and social workers to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with district and state guidelines
