Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience with psychological assessments, behavioral interventions, and student support planning
• Strong understanding of special education processes and state/federal regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds and needs
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) or Response to Intervention (RTI) procedures preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data
• Support Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and participate in related meetings
• Deliver counseling and intervention services to students individually or in groups
• Provide crisis response and consultation services for students facing academic or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies for student success
• Help inform and implement school-wide initiatives promoting mental health, equity, and positive behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and legal standards
