Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility for school psychologist certification
• Familiarity with psychoeducational assessment tools and interpretation
• Background in the development and implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop strategies that improve student learning and well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate eligibility for special education services
• Create and monitor individualized education plans, interventions, and behavioral supports
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Support school-wide initiatives promoting positive behavior and mental health
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
