Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification
- Demonstrated experience working with adolescents in an educational environment
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address student needs
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Serve as a resource for crisis response and ongoing support
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and parent conferences
- Maintain documentation and compliance in a timely manner
