Support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in a contract position serving elementary-age learners from PreK through 8th grade. This in-person opportunity begins August 19, 2026, and continues through June 2, 2027, making it ideal for dedicated School Psychologists seeking a meaningful, school-year role.
You will work on-site within a collaborative school environment, tailoring services to meet the needs of a diverse student population. Hours may vary depending on the assigned school, with typical schedules such as 8:20 am–3:55 pm for intermediate grades and 7:40 am–3:15 pm for middle school. Candidates are guaranteed 37.5 hours per week, aligning with the school calendar.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current School Psychologist license.
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students (PreK–8th grade preferred).
- Expertise in assessment, counseling, and intervention within a school setting.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, adaptable to different school environments.
- Committed to in-person support; no hybrid or remote options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and preventative mental health services to students.
- Consult with teachers to support classroom strategies and student learning.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines.
