Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in School Psychology
• Demonstrated experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
• Ability to design and implement effective behavioral interventions and support plans
• Strong knowledge of IEP process, special education laws, and best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Experience leading or participating in crisis intervention teams is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and behavioral goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and help develop data-driven interventions
• Provide expert guidance and resources to staff on promoting mental health and inclusion
• Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture
