Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state School Psychologist certification/licensure
• Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and interventions in a school setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of IEP development and knowledge of state and federal special education regulations
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student success

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas of need
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and parents
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Serve as a key resource during multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff on effective strategies to support diverse learners
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and deadlines
