Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Hold a master's or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience within K-12 school settings is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and consultation skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and interventions
- Consult with teachers, families, and administrators regarding student needs
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as required
- Promote social-emotional learning and behavior management best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
