Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Valid state-issued School Psychologist credential
• Previous experience working with both elementary and secondary grade levels is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of academic, behavioral, and emotional development of K-12 students
• Excellent communication, assessment, and consultation skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized education and intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret data for students in K-5 and 9-12 grades
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop appropriate support strategies and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
• Support a positive and inclusive school environment by implementing proactive mental health initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations
