Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited program
  • Valid state credential or licensure as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain before start date)

  • Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments
  • Strong consultation and communication skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Organizational skills and adaptability to varying caseloads
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret data for eligibility and intervention planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services to support student mental health
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster positive educational environments
  • Offer professional development and recommendations for evidence-based classroom strategies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans
