Elementary Certified School Psychologist - Arlington, VT

Key Qualifications:

• Active certification and appropriate state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication abilities for working with staff, students, and parents
• Ability to maintain confidential records and provide high-quality, ethical services
• Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ social, emotional, and academic needs
• Develop and monitor individualized intervention plans and support strategies for students
• Consult collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and well-being
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
• Participate in team meetings, contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams, and support student success initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
