Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments, behavioral interventions, and counseling preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of special education law and eligibility criteria
  • Commitment to fostering equitable and supportive learning environments for all students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention services
  • Consult with educators on effective classroom strategies and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and data-driven decision making
  • Assist in developing positive behavior supports and social-emotional learning programs
